為香港青少年和社會人士提供普及科學知識和科幻作品創作的學習及交流平臺，目的為提升香港社會在科學技術和科幻文學、影視及相關技術等方面的創新力、創造力和想像力。

推廣香港與內地的科普科幻教育交流活動，讓科技創新、科學普及成為香港創新發展的兩翼。

The Hong Kong Science Popularization and Science Fiction Academy aims to provide a learning and exchange platform for Hong Kong youth and the general public to popularize scientific knowledge and create science fiction works. The purpose is to enhance Hong Kong society's innovation, creativity, and imagination in science and technology, science fiction literature, film and television, and related technologies.

The academy promotes science popularization and science fiction education exchange activities between Hong Kong and the Mainland, allowing technological innovation and science popularization to become the two wings of Hong Kong's innovative development.
